Congratulations.
Whether you’ve just got engaged, are planning a vow renewal, or have simply decided that the two of you are enough reason to celebrate, you’ve found the right wedding venue in the Hunter Valley.
Tuckers Lane is intimate; our spaces are hand-built, and every couple who chooses us gets the genuine attention that only comes from a wedding venue run by the people who built it.
We specialise in elopements, micro weddings, and vow renewals; the kinds of celebrations where the day is shaped around you, not the other way around.

Why Tuckers Lane as your Wedding Venue
There is a moment at Tuckers Lane that couples talk about long after they’ve gone home.
It happens somewhere between walking across the handmade timber bridge and reaching the Ironbark Pavilion to say I Do.
The way the dam catches the light. The gums go quiet. The magic and serenity of Tuckers Lane is something truly special.
The 43 acres, the century-old timber overhead, the kangaroos and wildlife watching on; seem to hold their breath just for you.
Carolyn and Paul Shields left Sydney, bought 43 acres in the Hunter Valley, and built Tuckers Lane from nothing. The cabins, the bridges, the Ironbark Pavilion – Paul and their son Cooper built that with their own hands from century-old timber. They have spent years building something they believed in. Something that would one day be exactly the right place for exactly the right people.
That place is Tuckers Lane. And if you’re reading this, it might just be yours for your wedding day.
They call Tuckers Lane home, day in and day out. Carolyn looks back at the photos from previous weddings and can tell you everyone’s name. She pays attention the entire time, to the details no one else noticed, to the moments that needed protecting, to the quiet work of making sure that when you drive away married and surrounded by the people who matter most, it feels like everything you dreamed of and more.
This is not a corporate venue. There is no night manager, no shift handover, nobody counting down to the end of their shift. Carolyn and Paul live and breathe this property because they built it, and because they genuinely believe that what happens here matters.
Every wedding at Tuckers Lane is treated like it’s the only one that matters. On that day, it is.
Whether you’re planning an elopement, a micro wedding, or a vow renewal, Tuckers Lane has the spaces and the team built for exactly that, it’s your perfect wedding venue. A handcrafted property on 43 private acres where the backdrop does what no wedding venue dressing ever could.
A few things you get if you choose Tuckers Lane for your Wedding Venue:
