This is not a hotel. Tuckers Lane is a family-owned retreat, built from the ground up by Paul and Carolyn Shields, two people who left corporate Sydney because they believed there was a better way to live. And they built it here, in the Hunter Valley, for you.

Is Tuckers Lane adults only?

Yes. Tuckers Lane is exclusively for adults — no children and no pets. This is a deliberate choice to ensure every guest experiences the peace and privacy the property is designed for.

Can I bring my Pet?

No, sorry, Tuckers Lane Boutique Accommodation does not allow pets.

Is there a private spa in every cabin?

Yes. Every cabin has its own private outdoor spa, serviced daily and heated before your arrival.

How far is Tuckers Lane from the Hunter Valley wineries?

We are located in North Rothbury, just minutes from Pokolbin, Lovedale, and Cessnock — the heart of Hunter Valley wine country. Over 150 wineries are within a short drive.

What is included in the cabin?

Every cabin includes a private outdoor spa, fully equipped kitchenette, Nespresso machine, complimentary breakfast provisions (coffee, milk, muffins, hash browns, bacon, and more), Smart TV, custom timber furniture, alfresco deck with gas heater and BBQ, air conditioning, and private parking.

Can I book for one night?

Single night bookings are available Monday to Thursday and can be booked directly via our website. Weekend stays require a minimum of two nights.

Are firepit cabins available year-round?

The firepit cabins (Forest Cabin and Water Cabin) are seasonal — available from 1 April to 30 September each year, when the Hunter Valley evenings are at their most magical.

How do I book a two-bedroom cabin?

How far is Tuckers Lane from Sydney?

Approximately 140km from Sydney, around a 2-hour drive. We are also 46km from Williamtown Airport (Newcastle) if you prefer to fly, approximately 45 minutes drive.
